OnePress is the for-profit marketing arm of the Nebraska Press Association, which is a non-profit trade association representing the interests of newspaper media in the state. 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at OnePress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing media plans, and driving growth for our clients. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop, present, and execute comprehensive media plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilizing inbound and outbound strategies,identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of OnePress.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on campaign performance and key metrics.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field or equivalent job experience.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and buying processes or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using media planning and analysis tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
